I called Chicago waterproofing & construction to come out and take a look at my leaking basement foundation wall matt came out to take a look and then inspected my foundation wall and figured out where the leak was coming from. I recently hired Chicago waterproofing and construction to repair my chimney and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional knowledgeable, and efficient. They accessed the damage and repair process in detail and provided a fair estimate. We had a water leak from a flat roof on our second level that caused water to come into our kitchen below. Had a few vendors come by to review the issue and provide quotes. Found that Matthew was quite knowledgeable of our issue and what needed to be done. Also found their quote to be reasonable for the project. They made it a priority to start the work as soon as possible because of the potential for further water damage from rain. In fact, their team worked in terrible conditions where there was a lot of wind and snow. From what we can see, it looks like the work was done well but only time will tell to see if the leak has been resolved over the long-term. They did provide a long-term warranty to stand by the work they did. All in all, we were very satisfied working with Matthew and his team.
